Having undertaken many corporate and commercial decorating projects, we at DDS believe that this is possibly where we draw the most market expertise.

Our association with some of the country's largest commercial businesses, has meant that we have had to apply flexibility in our trading hours and geographical coverage and high levels of customer focus to all that we do.

For large scale works we can negotiate special rates from our suppliers for materials to be used on the job and are always looking at ways to keep costs down in providing competitive pricing, alongside our high working standards.

By working closely with the customer from early on in the design stage, we can tailor our methods to work around the client and fit in with their project plans seamlessly, whether it is large retail outlets, schools or colleges, hospitals and care homes or factories.

Our Estimators can work together with Architects and Surveyors to measure and evaluate scaled drawings and apply our standard of rates to them to ensure accurate and competitive tendering in minimum time.

By providing the main contractor with our method statement at an early stage, we can ensure that the project can be planned well in advance of commencement of works and allow them to schedule the various trades into the plan, thus reducing any timescaling issues that may arise.

Once we have been given the go-ahead on any given project, we decide how many decorators to place on site, taking into consideration required timescales, restriction to working areas and most importantly Health and Safety and environmental impacts.

In order to acknowledge the needs of the client, we are able to offer an out of hours working scheme, to prevent businesses having to accommodate downtime or inconvenience to their daily operations.
