We are strongly committed to staff development as well as customer service and have attained the prestigious accreditation "Investors in People" as an acknowledgement of the continued work we do to ensure we are the best in our field. Most of our staff have the City and Guilds or NVQ qualification with the remainder working hard to achieve this. All of our staff, though, are highly skilled in the work they undertake.
Our apprenticeship scheme realises the importance of skilled training. All of our apprentices are studying their NVQ level 2 and will go on to level 3 when suitably qualified.

All core personnel have undergone Asbestos Awareness and Health & Safety Training.
All employees are made aware of their rights and responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 (s7) and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regs 1999 (3). We have a consistently good health and safety record. We are currently undergoing assessment to become part of the Safe Contractor Scheme.
All Management are certified in IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety & Health) and are fully trained to complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
We have a training plan in place to ensure all employees are consistently trained and kept up to date with the latest developments in health and safety. Of our staff,40% are qualified first aiders with the remainder in the process of undertaking First Aid courses.
Staff are also fully PASMA trained in the erection and dismantling of Aluminum Mobile Towers. Staff also have Cherry-picker licenses.
Works Stage Health and Safety Plans are compiled on all contracts where we act as principal contractor and risk assessments and Method Statements are completed on all other contracts. This ensures that our clients are informed of how the job will be carried out detailing any control measures that would be put in place. The Method Statement is based on the risk assessment, which details an assessment of the risks to the health and safety of employees or others who may be affected by the work.
We are currently working to achieve OHSAS 18001, an effective Health and Safety Management System, to enable us to provide you with the additional security of knowing that our company takes H&S legislation seriously and we are committed to continuous improvement.
On every job we do, our aim is to exceed your expectations both in the high standard of our work and in the way we accomplish the task.
